meXanism is a software product that assists users with discovery, drafting, and workflow support for activity on X. The service is provided on an advisory basis. Users remain solely responsible for what they publish, approve, reject, or ignore.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgechasers disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee performance, reach, engagement, uptime, or business outcomes.

Each user is eligible for one seven-day trial. Trial access is provided with no strings attached, but abuse, repeated trial creation, or attempts to circumvent billing controls may result in account suspension or termination. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue until the end of the active billed period.

All charges for started billing periods are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits are provided once a billing period has begun. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the issue. Chargebacks or abusive dispute behavior may lead to account restriction or termination.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, spam, harassment, deceptive automation, platform policy evasion, or any attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the software. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

meXanism depends on third-party providers including X, Stripe, and infrastructure vendors. Their availability, policy changes, and service interruptions may affect the product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp, and references to X are solely to describe interoperability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgechasers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of business, or reputational harm arising from or related to the use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
